15th, Bridging the Gap: Connecting Black Communities to the Green Economy. NAACP Pre-Conference before the Good Jobs, Green Jobs Conference at the Washington Hilton Hotel, 1919 Connecticut Ave NW,  Washington, D.C.  Also government and private contracts and jobs fair, networking reception and film festival.  8 a.m.–10 p.m.
20th,  Local ACT-SO competition at Virginia Theological  Seminary, formerly Protestant Episcopal Theological Seminary,  at 3737 Seminary Road.  10 a.m.  
28th, Swearing In Ceremony for Officers and Executive Committee Members, Alfred Street Baptist Church, 301 South Alfred Street.  8 a.m.
Second quarterly assessment due to National Office

23rd, Unit Freedom Fund and other assessments for the support of the Association shall be paid to the National Office within 90 days before the Annual National Convention
